Privacy policy

This page explains which personal data the IAOMM collects through its website, why, and how to exercise your rights.

Data controller

AIMOM, 7 bis, avenue de la Créativité, 59650 Villeneuve-d'Ascq, France. Contact: aimom@aimom.eu.

Data collected and use

Contact form. Name, email address, subject and message, to reply to your request, based on your consent. The message is sent by email to the IAOMM and is not stored on the website. It is kept in the association's mailbox while the request is handled, then for no more than 3 years after the last exchange.

Membership. Identity, contact details, diploma, place of practice, sponsors, CV and cover letter, sent through the online form, by email or by post, to review the application and manage membership, based on your consent. With the online form, the application is stored in an area reserved for the website administrators, and documents are kept outside the public part of the website. CVs and cover letters are deleted automatically 12 months after sending. The other application details are deleted after 3 years, or kept for the duration of membership if the application is accepted.

Congress registration and accommodation. Registration for the AIMOM Days and hotel bookings are handled on external platforms (Perspectives et Organisation, Revolugo), which apply their own privacy policies.

Audience measurement. Only with your consent, the website uses Google Analytics to count visits and pages viewed. Google may process this data in the United States, under the Data Privacy Framework. Without your consent, no measurement tool is loaded.

Cookies

  • Website session cookie (CMSSESSID…): required for the website and its forms to work, deleted when the browser is closed.
  • "tarteaucitron" cookie: stores your cookie choices, for 12 months.
  • Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_…): set only if you accept them, for up to 13 months.

Recipients

The data is intended for the IAOMM board members in charge of your request. It may be processed by the association's technical providers (OVH for hosting and email, Google if you accept audience measurement). It is never sold.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to its processing and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to aimom@aimom.eu.
